About this role

Job Overview Under general direction of the IOC Supervisor, oversees all operational activities for board operated gates and Board-managed hardstands and aircraft parking ramps. What you will be doing: Schedules DFW Board-operated aircraft parking gates and hardstand spots by utilizing a Resource Management System (RMS), monitors gate and hardstand operations, maintains situational awareness of terminal gate and hardstand availability. Provides notification to airlines of gate changes and gate scheduling conflicts. Coordinates and communicates with airlines; updates flight information display systems (FIDS). Researches and recommends operational solutions to issues such as equipment changes, gate changes, flight cancellations, etc. for all flights assigned to Board-operated gates.…
