Assistant Manager - Reward Advisor

Job Description : Purpose of the Role Act as a specialist Reward enablement partner, supporting HR and Reward stakeholders through authority mentorship, governance, insight and problem solving. The role focuses on higher-value advisory and enablement activity; repeatable cyclical administration, including administrative support for the Annual Reward Cycle, is delivered by GBO, GRO, automation or self-service wherever possible.
