About this role

Im Kirsche Haus in Auerbach begleiten wir Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Behinderungen und individuellem Unterstützungsbedarf. Im Bereich der Wohnpflege leben 15 Menschen, die auf pflegerische Unterstützung und eine verlässliche Begleitung angewiesen sind. Hier geht es um mehr als Pflege. Es geht darum, Menschen mit ihren persönlichen Bedürfnissen, Gewohnheiten und Fähigkeiten wahrzunehmen, ihnen Sicherheit zu geben und sie in ihrem Alltag zu unterstützen. Als Pflegefachkraft bist du nah an den Menschen und kannst deine fachlichen Fähigkeiten gezielt einbringen.…
