The AI Adoption and Enablement Lead builds the workforce capabilities needed to adopt and responsibly use Artificial Intelligence (AI) across Diamondback Energy. This role develops the strategy, capabilities, programs, and communities needed to embed AI into everyday work, accelerate adoption of enterprise AI products and tools, and build sustainable AI fluency across the workforce. Partnering with AI Product Owners, business leaders technology teams, and others, the role identifies barriers to adoption, develops role-based enablement, measures usage and behavioral change, and helps ensure AI investments translate into sustained business outcomes.…
