Stellenbeschreibung Wir machen wenige Modelle in großen Stückzahlen — jeder Millimeter am Leisten, im Fußbett und in der Konstruktion multipliziert sich hunderttausendfach. Aus diesem Grund muss der Schuh perfekt sitzen. Du baust Produkte nach der Pammys Bibel. Bisher entwickeln wir eng mit Partnern. Jetzt bauen wir die technische Produktentwicklung im eigenen Haus auf: eigene Leisten- und Passform-Standards, eigene Komfort-Technologien, ein eigenes Entwicklungsteam. Deine Aufgaben Du verantwortest den kompletten Entwicklungsprozess: Brief → Tech-Pack → Proto-Runden → Sales Samples → Sealed Sample → Serienanlauf (Tooling-Trials, PPS, TOP). Jedes technische Gate auf diesem Weg liegt bei dir — inklusive der Freigabe, mit der ein Modell in Serie geht.…
