About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People and Culture Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture function. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate attendance and workforce records, supporting HR systems administration, and ensuring smooth coordination between team members, Customer Success teams, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will play an important role in monitoring attendance and operational reporting, maintaining employee records, supporting HR administration processes, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
