About the Role This role combines advanced instructional design expertise with project management responsibility. We are seeking a senior-level Instructional Designer who can both design cutting‑edge ethics and compliance learning and manage development and customization projects from intake through delivery. Our Compliance Education programs are practitioner-built and grounded in how employees actually experience ethical dilemmas at work. This position will focus primarily on customer customization projects, while also supporting the development and launch of new learning products.
