About this role

Job Description: The Associate, Business Tools is responsible for supporting the development of several sales enablement products at Dimensional, including the global CRM system and key integrations like email automation, business process flows, and sales data tools. The Associate partners with business stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and drive enhancements across the sales technology ecosystem. This position sits within the Global Client Group (GCG) Operations’ Business Tools team, whose mission is to enable the CRM ecosystem to drive the business processes and insights needed to create a holistic view of Dimensional’s global client relationships.…
