The Safety and Security Shift Lead provides first-line leadership for the daily operations of Direct Supply's Safety and Security team, helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for Partners, visitors, and company assets. Working closely with Safety and Security leadership, this role leads frontline security operations, supports emergency preparedness, oversees security technology and equipment, and promotes safety awareness across campus to protect people, property, and the Direct Supply brand.
