The HOA Facilities Supervisor will act as a leader for the HOA team by providing guidance and direction while supporting the team to maintain a high level of service for the association and the club. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees. Responsibilities Assist with oversight of the HOA team. Create the monthly project schedule around business needs and occupancy Assign maintenance requests and tasks amongst the maintenance team as needed.
