The Retail Associate will be responsible for managing the retail shop operations and providing exceptional customer service to our members and their guests. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees. Assist the Retail Manager with day-to-day operation execution of the Retail Operation. Provide exceptional service and communication at all times with members, guests and team members.
