Position Summary Bennett Heat Treating & Brazing Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced and self-directed Maintenance Manager to oversee all production-equipment and facility-maintenance activities. Although the title is Maintenance Manager, this is an individual-contributor position with no direct reports. The successful candidate will personally troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems throughout the facility. A strong Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Supervisor who is ready to assume full ownership of the maintenance function may be considered.
