What you'll do
• Source, screen, and close candidates for sales and business consulting roles (B2B sales profiles).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified pipelines with minimal ramp-up time.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from outreach and interviews through offers and onboarding.
• Maintain clear candidate communication and a strong sense of urgency in a results-oriented environment.
