About this role

• Responsible for Development of key Applications, providing Level 3 application support ,bug fixing, maintenance & enhancement of Derivative Trade-Flow Front End application suite • Work with PTG(L1/L2) Support analysts and IT operations to support critical/complex issues and provide workarounds/resolutions to fix issues. • Work with the team to enhance performance of the systems • Identify and provide resolutions for potential issues/bugs within the system • Manage production incidents, ensure appropriate ownership within support and where necessary development teams. • Perform analysis of identified issues or problems which may require changes to procedures, standards or systems.…
