About this role

Funciones Extracción, consolidación y depuración de datos procedentes de diferentes fuentes. Análisis de cartera: deuda, antigüedad, recuperaciones, nuevos impagos y evolución. Seguimiento y elaboración de KPIs de recuperación de deuda. Elaboración y mantenimiento de reportes y dashboards. Identificación de tendencias, anomalías y diferencias entre periodos. Conciliación y validación de información entre ERP, sistemas de pagos y otras fuentes. Análisis de causas de impago e incidencias recurrentes. Preparación de información para dirección y áreas de negocio. Propuesta de mejoras en reporting, controles y procesos. Apoyo al área de gestión en análisis de casos que requieran mayor profundidad.
