Take calls and answer emails regarding commissions from travel agents and our hotels. Serve as contact point for internal and external inquiries regarding TA commissions. Research commission inquiries and provide resolution. Monitor weekly processes to insure accurate commission processing. This includes batch processing, control table monitoring and TA (Travel Agent) information uploads into the Central Commission System. Process manual commission billing. Work on special projects as needed. Requirements: 2+ years customer service or finance experience.…
