About this role

The Drilling Marine Superintendent is a senior member of the Maintenance Technical Support team at Dixstone, providing centralised marine and rig-move expertise to the operational fleet. This role partners with rig-based barge teams, drilling supervisors, flag and class authorities, and marine warranty surveyors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient marine operations across all Dixstone assets. Dixstone operates a fleet of jackups, platform and land drilling rigs across West and Central Africa. The Drilling Marine Superintendent owns rig-move planning and execution, marine integrity, regulatory compliance, and stability operations — and serves as the Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and Company Security Officer (CSO) interface for the fleet.…
