Ihre Aufgaben Die telefonische Vorbereitung und Beratung der Mitarbeiter unserer Kunden. Die Planung, Durchführung und sonstige Nachbereitung von Kundenterminen. Alle Kundentermine finden online statt, kein Außendienst. Ihr Profil Eine Ausbildung zum Versicherungsfachmann, Versicherungskaufmann oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Die Fähigkeit, bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen. Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Disziplin. Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Präzision. Positiver Umgang mit Leistungsdruck. Eine ruhige, angenehme und attraktive Stimme. Saubere und fehlerfreie schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch. Warum wir?
