Als Team Lead unseres Customer Experience Teams verzahnst du Support und Sales systematisch miteinander. Du setzt eigene Schwerpunkte, optimierst komplexe Abläufe und entscheidest mit, wie KI und Automatisierung im Support eingesetzt und weiterentwickelt werden. Von Kundenzufriedenheit über Beschwerdemanagement bis zu KPIs und Key Account Management hast du die Hebel selbst in der Hand. So gestaltest du maßgeblich mit, wie der DocCheck Shop seine Kund:innen betreut – mit echtem Handlungs- und Entscheidungsspielraum.
