Job Description
The Commercial Property Analyst supports the development, quality and analytical application of CoStar's commercial real estate data across the Australian market. Working closely with research, product and commercial teams, the role is responsible for validating, enhancing and analysing a broad range of commercial property datasets across the CoStar platform. This includes property, ownership, tenant, leasing, transaction, development and market intelligence data. The Commercial Property Analyst helps improve data quality, supports analytical initiatives and provides the research, market intelligence and analysis that underpin CoStar Australia's commercial insights, reporting and thought leadership.…
