About the Team The Go-To-Market (GTM) team within Merchant Strategy & Operations (Mx S&O) owns the operating engine that brings the right merchants onto DoorDash and sets them up for long-term success on the platform. Our Onboarding & Activation function sits at the heart of this — ensuring every new restaurant launches correctly and stays healthy from day one. From accurate menu descriptions and compelling photo coverage to correct trading hours and reliable POS integration, the quality of onboarding directly shapes both the merchant and consumer experience across ANZ.
