About the Team
The Consumer Performance Marketing team owns the execution of paid acquisition across a full upper-funnel ecosystem, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, and YouTube. We operate at scale across the U.S. and Canada, managing complex builds, pacing routines, live optimizations, QA workflows, and experiment cycles that directly impact consumer growth.
We work closely with U.S.-based Channel Managers, Creative, Analytics, and Martech, functioning as one integrated performance engine. This requires strong operational discipline, fast signal interpretation, and a mindset focused on translating platform behavior into clear, actionable steps.…
