As owner of the Logistics pillar within Design Operations, you're accountable for one of our most important operating outcomes: maximizing the bandwidth of the team. About the Role You'll find where ICs and managers lose time, fragmented workflows, manual processes, meeting overload, unclear rhythms, and you'll define and build the tools and systems that fix it. That might mean shipping a new internal tool, automating a recurring workflow, redesigning how scheduling or reviews work, or establishing a better operating cadence.
