Your role ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develops scope of certification and audit agendas through consultation with customers. Confirms audit days are adequate based on headcount and complexity. Presents audit plans to customers and audit team. Manages the audit. Determines the customer’s degree of readiness for assessment to appropriate standards. Assists customer in understanding the standard and program requirements. Directs the conduct of the audit and the activities of audit team members.
