About this role
Ihre Rolle Konzernabschluss und Konsolidierung: Steuerung der monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Konzernabschluss- und Konsolidierungsprozesse einschließlich Bilanz, GuV und Cashflow nach HGB und/oder IFRS. Externe Berichterstattung: Erstellung des Konzernjahres-abschlusses der DQS Gruppe und Sicherstellung einer fristgerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen externen Finanzberichterstattung einschließlich der quartalsweisen Bankenberichterstattung. Global Accounting Policies: Ownership, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege der konzernweiten Bilanzierungsrichtlinien und des Group Accounting Manual; Sicherstellung ihrer einheitlichen Anwendung in den Gesellschaften.…
