About this role

Ihre Aufgaben KU64 Dr. Ziegler & Partner Zahnärzte steht für moderne Zahnmedizin auf höchstem Niveau an mehreren Standorten in Berlin und Potsdam. Damit unsere Teams im Praxisalltag optimal arbeiten können, suchen wir ab sofort einen IT-Administrator (m/w/d), der den Betrieb unserer IT zuverlässig sicherstellt und unsere Mitarbeiter in technischen Fragen kompetent unterstützt. Ihre Aufgaben Sicherstellung des stabilen Betriebs der IT-Infrastruktur an fünf Standorten. Unterstützung im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support – gemeinsam mit unserer externen IT-Firma. Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden vor Ort bei Fragen zu Computer, Software, Druckern, Telefonie und Anwendungen. Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen über unser Ticketsystem Atera.…
