Service Manager – Lease-Up (St. Johns Cottages) At St. Johns Cottages, our brand-new lease-up community, you’ll be the driving force behind creating a safe, beautiful, and fully functional environment for our very first residents. As the Service Manager, you’ll lead a skilled maintenance team through the unique demands of launching a new property—making sure every home, common area, and amenity is in top shape from day one. You’ll oversee all aspects of community maintenance, from responding to resident service requests to troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
