About this role

WHAT YOU’LL DO The Director of Compliance leads Rio Las Vegas’ compliance program, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local gaming regulations, including BSA/AML Title 31. The role oversees internal control systems and gaming technology approvals, interprets regulations, audits operations, and manages risk related to casino activities. ROLE EXPECTATIONS Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead the design and execution of Rio Las Vegas’ compliance and legal risk strategy across all properties and jurisdictions.
