WHAT YOU’LL DO The Special Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the casino marketing team as a brand ambassador at Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. The position will assist with event planning, greeting and guiding guests, and various special projects and events in the casino. The Special Events Coordinator will also assist with internal/employee focused special events. ROLE EXPECTATIONS Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Maintain exceptional customer service at every interaction. Serve as a greeter, brand ambassador, usher and/or ticket taker for events. Research and input purchase orders for all event expenses (gifts, décor, entertainment, emcees, collateral, F&B).
