WHAT YOU’LL DO The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for maintaining and reviewing financial data to ensure accurate and timely entry into accounting systems. Responsibilities include Convention, Group, Special Event, Guest, Wholesale, and Travel Agency billing and reconciliation; applying payments and processing refunds; managing collections for all account types; resolving credit card issues; reconciling credit card chargebacks; and responding to guest and customer service inquiries.
