Has first line accountability for outcomes and satisfaction. Participates in hiring/counseling/firing and completing annual evaluations of staff. Responsible for staff development activities. Facilitates effective organization of staff, equipment, supplies, and time. Effectively supervises unit/department through delegation of tasks.
