This is a player-coach engineering management role with real scope — you'll lead a team of full-stack engineers, own their delivery and development, and drive Duetto's AI-augmented engineering standards in a team where the generate-and-review model is already how work gets done. You'll be close enough to the technical work to review code and guide solution design, and senior enough to run agile ceremonies, manage stakeholders across time zones, and shape how your team grows.
