Position Title : Health Promoter - African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) population Employment Status: Full-Time Contract until July 30, 2027 Position Status: This is a Bargaining Unit position. All terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement apply . Job Posting Deadline for Internal Candidates: October 16, 2026, at 5:00pm Hours of Work Schedule: 35 hours per week (may requires availability to work evening & occasional weekend hours.) Salary Range: Salary is commensurate on skills and experience, and within the range of $68,465 - $75,512 plus participation in HOOPP Hiring Manager: Manager, Integrated Care & Experience Primary Location: North Oshawa; mobile clinic sites (with flexibility to work/transition to any DCHC locations as required: Pickering & South Oshawa sites).…
