Position Title: Health Promoter (one vacancy) Employment Status: Temporary Full-Time (one Year Contract) Position Status: This is a Bargaining Unit position. All terms and conditions of the collective bargaining agreement apply. Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy. Job Posting Deadline for Internal Candidates: July 29, 2026, at 5:00pm Hours of Work/Schedule: Monday - Friday 35 hours per week (may requires availability to work evening & occasional weekend hours.) Position Reports To: Manager, Integrated Care and Experience Annual Salary: $68,465.00 - $75,512.00 commensurate on skills and experience, plus participation in HOOPP.
