I am looking for a hands on man manager - someone who knows how to manage and motivate people, face to face, on a daily basis! (2 shift pattern) Team leader or supervisor taking a step up or an ambitious Junior Production Manager from a manufacturing / production environment to give daily supervision, motivation and direction to a team of 15 operatives. This is for a fantastic client with an outstanding level of growth potential. A very small SME which needs a new Production man manager to organise and manage up to 20 operatives.…
