Job Description: Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end transition projects, ensuring smooth migration of processes and operations. Develop transition plans, governance frameworks, and execution strategies aligned to client objectives. Conduct due diligence, process assessments, and risk evaluations to support transition readiness. Drive Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities, training plans, and documentation management. Manage stakeholders across clients, operations, technology, quality, and leadership teams. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and transition deliverables through defined tollgates. Facilitate change management and change control reviews to ensure business continuity. Establish dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and transition metrics for program tracking.…
