Job Description: 【職務概要】 Cloud&ITアウトソーシング部において、お客様のオンプレミス環境のネットワーク安定運用を主軸としながら、必要に応じて追加構築や改善も担当していただきます。運用のモダナイズ、自動化、最適化、トラブルシューティング、改善提案を行い、顧客満足度向上に貢献していただきます。 【主な業務内容】 • オンプレミス環境のネットワーク監視・運用保守 • インシデント管理と問題解決（障害対応、原因分析、再発防止策の実施） • キャパシティ管理とパフォーマンス最適化 • バックアップ/リストア、セキュリティパッチ適用等の定常運用 • 構成管理・変更管理の実施 • 運用手順書の作成・維持管理 • 運用効率化のための自動化推進 • 小～中規模の環境追加構築・改善業務 • 運用改善提案の立案と実装 【求める人物像】 • 責任感が強く、細部にこだわる丁寧な作業ができる方 • 問題解決に積極的に取り組む姿勢を持つ方 • 新しい技術や知識を学ぶ意欲が高い方 • チームワークを大切にし、他メンバーと協力して仕事を進められる方 • 顧客志向を持ち、顧客満足度向上に努められる方 • 運用自動化やプロセス改善に積極的に取り組める方 Requirements 【必須要件】 • ネットワーク運用経験2年以上 • ITILベースの運用プロセスに関する知識・実践経験 • 監視ツール、運用管理ツールの利用経験 • 運用改善のためのスクリプト作成能力(Shell、PowerShell等) • 英語ドキュメントの読解、英文メールでの基本的なコミュニケーション能力 【歓迎要件】 • SD-WAN、クラウドネットワークの運用経験 • ネットワーク設計、構築経験 • ネットワークソリューションの導入経験 • Linux/Windowsのいずれかの運用経験 • 各種監視ツール(Zab…
