Reporting to the Global HR Director, the Head of HR is a senior HR leadership role responsible for defining and executing the people strategy across key global functions. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive and senior business leaders, this role will drive organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning, talent strategy, culture, and transformation initiatives that enable business growth.
