About this role

Als Incident Manager stellst du einen reibungslosen, effizienten und dokumentierten IT-Support im sicherheitstechnischen Umfeld sicher. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen internationalen Kunden, internen Fachabteilungen und externen Servicepartnern und koordinierst komplexe Supportanfragen europaweit. Ziel ist es, Incidents transparent, qualitätsgesichert und innerhalb vereinbarter SLAs fallabschließend zu bearbeiten. Deine Aufgaben Annahme, Klassifizierung und Priorisierung komplexer IT-Supportanfragen im 1st-Level sowie erste Analyse und Troubleshooting im IT-Sicherheitsumfeld. Vollständige und strukturierte Dokumentation aller Vorgänge in den eingesetzten Systemen. Koordination und Nachverfolgung von 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Tickets bis zur nachhaltigen Lösung.…
