Position: Equipment Engineer Employer: Easpring Finland New Materials Oy Location of work: Kotka, Finland (on-site) About the position We are looking for a Equipment Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of cathode material production equipment at our Kotka plant. You will work closely with maintenance technicians, production teams, and process engineers to improve equipment availability and reduce breakdowns. Key Responsibilities Develop preventive maintenance plans and coordinate daily maintenance and repairs with onsite technicians. Review equipment manuals and technical drawings, prepare repair plans, and support troubleshooting. Investigate equipment failures and implement improvements to reduce unplanned downtime.…
