About this role
The Market Team Lead supports the daily operation of the Market by leading the team on the floor, ensuring exceptional member service, maintaining merchandising and food safety standards, and coaching team members to deliver a consistent East Bank Club experience. This position serves as the leader on duty in the absence of a manager by providing direction, answering questions, resolving routine operational issues, and ensuring daily standards are consistently executed. The Market Team Lead works alongside the team while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment and helping develop future Market Clerks through ongoing coaching, training, and support.
