Job Description: Easterseals NH is excited to announce the opening for a Compensation Analyst! The Compensation Analyst will assist in the development of job descriptions, compensation programs, the yearly merit review process and provide back to the Compensation & Benefits team during annual open enrollment. This role is open due to an internal promotion. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Two (2) – four (4) years of Compensation experience Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Essential Responsibilities: Facilitates the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.…
