Job Description: The Senior Director of Campus Operations is the single point of accountability for day-to-day operational execution across the Easterseals NH Military & Veterans Campus. The Senior Director will take direct operational ownership of the campus’s service lines and revenue generating assets – Recreation, Challenge Course, Retreat & Accommodations, VSO Outreach, and future programming areas. This role will act as the campus’s internal integrator, unifying functional teams, policies, and systems into one cohesive operating model, and will be accountable for financial performance, quality, and execution of the strategic planning program.…
