Easy Street Capital is a looking for a highly organized and driven individual to assist the premier private lender in Texas. EasyRent offers “DSCR” loans to real estate investors nationally for residential and mixed use properties up to ten units. You’ll get to work with a fun, fast paced team in a vibrant downtown office.
The Real Estate Analyst role is focused on performing all aspects of due diligence with regards to the origination of mortgage loans (valuation, tenant/lease, insurance, borrower credit, etc.) including direct interaction with investors and mortgage brokers.
