Team Relations Specialist

Summary of Position. Team Relations (TR) Specialist manages the company’s relationships with its hourly employees. They oversee the full life cycle relationship from the employees hiring through the exit process. To better manage employee relations, TR leads the sourcing and selection process part, communicating Human Resources policies, conducting exit interviews and ultimately analyzing employee data and making recommendations for improvement. The TR incumbent will serve as an advocate for our hourly Team Members and Supervisors and serve balance in conflict resolution as needed.
