About this role
Fastdrop is looking for a Human Resources Executive to join its Human Capital team. The selected individual will be responsible for leading the administration of Human Resources policies, programs and initiatives. This position provides front-line support in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, training, and internal/external communications with both employees and contractors. Responsibilities Processing new hires, terminations, transfers, and existing employee changes. Responsible for the administration and interpretation of HR policies and programs. Update and maintain various HR reports and employee information for payroll, benefits and employee files. Identify process improvement opportunities and policy gaps through trend analysis.
