The Internal Controls Advisory Services (ICAS) team supports Blue Shield of California in strengthening enterprise-wide internal controls, risk management, and governance practices across business and technology functions. The Senior will report to the Senior Manager. In this role, you will help turn risk and controls concepts into practical, business-friendly solutions. You will partner on meaningful internal controls projects, assess how controls are designed and operating, develop practical recommendations, and translate complex risks into clear insights that help stakeholders make informed decisions and build stronger, more sustainable control practices.…
