Project Manager, Principal (Enterprise Mandates Delivery)

The Enterprise Mandates Delivery team leads large, cross-functional regulatory initiatives with significant technology impacts driven by federal, state, county, and BCBSA requirements. Reporting to the Senior Director, the Project Manager, Principal serves as a senior individual contributor, splitting responsibilities between leading complex enterprise mandates (50%) and supporting portfolio governance, reporting, risk management, process improvements, knowledge sharing, business continuity planning, and effective use of Planview, Archer, and SharePoint (50%).
