About this role
We have an immediate opening for a IT Support Representative in our Enterprise Site Support Team at the ITS corporate headquarters in Reno, NV. This position will handle tier I and tier II desktop support, technical user support, deskside support, and cloud user support. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a working knowledge of the IT industry, a strong desire to learn and grow and a knack for troubleshooting. This position will work on support requests from employees experiencing various issues with their computers, software and other peripheral equipment. Issue resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and work order tracking tools as well as required the individual provide hands-on support at the desktop. Note that this is an on-site opportunity.…
