The Bid Contracts Manager is a vital member of Nalco Water & the Government Center of Excellence, responsible for overseeing the State & Local Government full contract lifecycle, from drafting and review through negotiation, execution, compliance, renewal, and closeout. This role works closely with legal, procurement, finance, regulatory and business stakeholders to help ensure contracts align with organizational objectives, mitigate risk, and meet applicable policies and regulations. Location: Open to candidates in the Greater Chicago / Naperville area or remote candidates based in the US close to a major US airport willing to sometimes travel to Naperville, IL and St. Paul, MN.…
